Pure nickel wire mesh

      Nickel wire mesh is made of pure nickel metal with nickel chemical composition ratio of up to 99.99%.Nickel wire mesh is a special metal material with excellent electrical conductivity. In addition, the corrosion resistance in acidic and alkaline environments is also excellent. Stainless steel is because of the increased nickel and the corrosion resistance has been greatly improved. Nickel is very easily oxidized in the air, forming a black oxide layer on the surface.

     Nickel wire mesh is divided into the nickel woven mesh and the nickel expanded metal mesh. Nickel expanded metal mesh is produced by nickel plate, which is relatively thick, and has a mesh size at least 1*2 mm, and is mainly used as electrode mesh in the electrolysis process. Nickel woven mesh is made of nickel wire with a mesh size of up to 5mm and a minimum of 0.05mm. It is mainly used for battery production and chemical filtration.
