Plain Dutch Weave Wire Mesh
(Made in Japan)

Plain Dutch Weave
In this weave, the warp wires are larger and heavier than the *shute wires. While the warp wires remain at regular intervals, the shute wires are closely spaced and woven in the same way as Plain Weave Wire Mesh to create a strong mesh with high density and low percentages of *Open Area. This mesh appears wedge-shaped when viewed diagonally.

* shute wires can also be referred to as the weft wires.
* Open Area is the ratio of the total area of the openings to the total area of its mesh, which is expressed as a percentage. In other words, open area describes how much of the mesh is open space.

(Made in Japan)

Twill Dutch Weave
This weave is a combination of Plain Dutch Weave and Twill Weave. In other words, mesh woven in Twill Dutch is similar to one woven in Plain Dutch except that the former mesh is woven in the Twill Weave style and the density is higher than the the latter mesh. Twill Dutch Weave is considered to be mesh with the smallest openings (holes) of all types of wire mesh.
