We used this to cover our first attempt at a butterfly habitat. It kept unwanted pests our and our Monarch caterpillars in to feed on their favorite plants. They formed their chrysalises on the frame. When they emerged, they clung to the netting to dry their wings. We successfully released 17 butterflies. A learning experience. The netting was perfect for our needs and help perfect to our so GA weather.We're rebuilding for the fall and will be buying the bigger roll.

Using this netting to give our garden's early sprouts a chance against the insects that feast on tender sprouts. It's working great, so far. We've built garden boxes and made schedule 40 PVC 1/2" pipe frames to place over them. We first attach bird netting to the frames to keep the birds, squirrels and small rodents from digging up the garden and devouring the new lettuce and kale sprouts. Then we place the mosquito netting over the frame to limit insect access. We lift the mosquito netting occasionally to allow the pollinating insects access to the plants, but close it up after a few hours. We'll remove the frame completely once the plants are more established and less tempting to the creatures that feast on tender shoots and leaves. Since the netting can be reused, we've chosen not to cut the netting to size so that we have more options later.

I purchased this netting to use as a cover for my porch to keep my cats from jumping on a fairly high ledge. It works great! We were able to stable through the mesh to the wood of the porch for a secure fit-no ripping or coming apart. The mesh is small enough to keep out bugs but visible enough that my cats don't try to grab or pounce onto it. The mesh is also see through enough that it doesn't block our view outside. If you are looking for a 'Catio' solution this is a good one

I used this Agfabric netting over a small animal cage on a porch to keep out insects and birds from harming my baby chicks. I used clothespins as fasteners and wrapped the cage up easily. I believe using this Agfabric helped all my chicks survive to adulthood. No flies, midges, or mosquitos could get to them, no blue jay beaks, no cat paws, but all the sunlight and air circulation the chicks needed. I highly recommend this use for other small animals in small portable cages to keep them healthy and comfortable for very little. If I was a sewer, I could have fitted the netting, but this way, I can wash the netting and use it over plants, as well.

These nets were prefect for my garden. Kept the bugs out, Prevented plants from wilting in the HOT BEAMING sun. Well made, good quality, I even purchased a second one for next year (even though the first one made it through an entire summer and is in perfect condition for next year.

This is great fabric--it is stronger than the simple netting and does not shred or stretch out. It lets the light and water in, I can see the plants under the covering, and it will last a number of years. I use clothpins and rocks to hold it in place.
