A Davey BT Series booster pump can give you the ultimate in strong, even water pressure.

No more annoying pressure fluctuations when someone flushes a toilet or your well pump turns on. Unlike flow switch controllers that require a minimum flow to start, Davey BT pumps with Torrium-2® controllers start as soon as the faucet is opened and keep the pump running until water is no longer required. But the technology doesn't stop there... The Torrium-2® control automatically adapts to changing conditions to out-smart every-day water supply fluctuations.  Provides smooth, even pressure for showers, sprinklers and all your household water needs.

Use Davey water booster pumps where the total system operating pressure after the pump (inlet pressure + boost) will run between 65 psi and 100 psi:

KNOW YOUR BUILDING CODES...

MAXIMUM HOUSEHOLD PRESSURE: International Residential Code 2903.3.1 limits the maximum static (no flow) pressure for residential household use to 80 psi. Municipal water supply pressures often vary throughout the day and some applications may require a Pressure Regulator be installed after the booster pump to prevent damage to appliances or plumbing.

THERMAL EXPANSION PROTECTION: International Residential Code 2903.4.2 requires installation of a hot water expansion tank after a "backflow prevention device, check valve or similar device". Since most Booster Pump Systems (and some Pressure Regulators) incorporate a check valve in their design, installation of an expansion tank after these devices is highly recommended even if not required by local code.

NOTE: DO NOT EXCEED A TOTAL SYSTEM PRESSURE OF 100 PSI

Total System Pressure will be your Source Pressure at the inlet to a booster pump PLUS the Static Boost listed on the table above. Municipal water supplies can vary throughout the day and some applications may require a Pressure Regulator be installed after the booster pump to prevent damage to the booster pump.
